Frasier: A New Beginning

After recently rewatching the show, I started to wonder what Frasier would look like in today’s world. Is our hero still looking for love? Are Niles and Daphne happy? What’s Roz up to now — and what’s going on at KACL?

The beloved series ended in 2004. Now, 17 years later, I wanted to imagine its future, so I wrote it myself.

Four Gilmores and a Funeral

Back in 2015, before Gilmore Girls returned to Netflix with the miniseries A Year in the Life, I was curious what Lorelai, Rory, and the rest of the Stars Hollow crew would be doing nearly a decade after the show went off the air.

In my version, Lorelai and Rory are mourning the death of Richard, Rory is grappling with turning 30 and trying to get a book deal, and Lane is a YouTube star. Oh, and Kurt has started a vegan food truck. Don’t worry, Luke is alive and well, too.
