Inside HR Uncubed

Inside HR Uncubed

Last week, I attended HR Uncubed, a two-day conference for HR professionals in Williamsburg. (The venues—Brooklyn Brewery, Wythe Hotel, and Dobbin Street—couldn't be better.) I've always found human resources and recruiting fascinating—I might as obsessed as they are with finding the perfect candidate for a job—and it was quite interesting to get an insider's view at the issues plaguing their industry.

The buzzwords on everyone's lips were employer branding and diversity. In my recap piece for The Bridge, I wrote about Ten Things the HR People Are Thinking About You. Anyone who's interviewing or considering a career change might want to take a peek.
